INDP, Responsible and respectful of the environment
INDP has made the choice of biological agriculture, seen as a necessary return to the source, where common sense predominates. This method of production and transformation respects the environment, animal well-being and biodiversity, it brings solutions to climate change.
This projects is directed at 250 people (seasonal and permanent farmers). It started with ground rehabilitation and landscaping. Now it became a farm relying on the principles of biological agriculture (vermiculture, nursery, soils restructuration, biological manure...) A dairywoman collects the milk from neighbouring families, hereby generating more income.
Mounjar is also a training center for farmers who wish to discover economical and green ways to manage their soils. Mounjar also welcomes students, researchers and pupils to raise awareness on environment protection.
